Broker sync was getting your numbers wrong, here's the fix — Sync accuracy is fixed. Old imports keep the wrong numbers — back up from Settings, clear your journal, then sync again.

One-tap import from 20 brokers

Stop guessing what’s costing you money

Trend Chasers is a trading journal for active traders. Track daily P&L on a visual calendar, connect 20 brokers — Schwab, Fidelity, and Robinhood and more — and import your fills whenever you want them, or log trades manually. Nothing is forced, and you can switch anytime.

No signup needed to try it — your journal stays in your browser until you choose to sync.

Brokers

Connect once. Import whenever you want.

Link 20 brokers — Schwab, Fidelity, Robinhood, and Interactive Brokers and more — through SnapTrade, then press Sync and your round-trip trades land on the calendar. Your broker is only ever contacted when you ask for it. Entirely optional: manual entry works just as well, and thinkorswim comes in through your Schwab connection.

Read-only, and never held by us

Your login goes to your broker or to SnapTrade's secure portal, never to Trend Chasers' servers. Nothing can place a trade on your behalf, and disconnecting from Settings stops the sync immediately.

How broker sync works

  1. 1

Pick your broker and approve a read-only connection on their own site

  2. 2

Trend Chasers pulls your recent activity and matches opens to closes

  3. 3

Press Sync whenever you want your latest fills — they appear on your calendar, ready to tag

Trading Assistant

Ask your journal what went wrong

Your stats already know which setup is bleeding and which hour of the day costs you money. Now you can ask about them in plain English — and get an answer that cites your own numbers.

  • Reads the stats your journal already computed — its numbers always match your dashboard
  • Reviews what you actually did; it won’t tell you what to trade next
  • Says when a sample is too small to mean anything

Questions it asks you first

Why is FOMO losing? What happens when I trade the open?Am I exiting winners too early? Is my win rate good enough?

Those aren't examples — they're built from whatever is actually in your journal. A trader whose losses cluster at the open gets asked about the open.

Features

Everything you need to review your edge

Built for active traders who want clarity — not another spreadsheet.

P&L Calendar

See your month at a glance — green days for profit, red for loss. Click any day to import trades or drill into that session.

Broker Sync

Press Sync and your round-trip trades import from your broker, matched open to close, so you are not copying rows out of a statement every evening.

Manual Trade Entry

Log a trade in seconds — symbol, P/L, side, setup tags, and notes. Tag your setups so the analytics can tell you which ones actually pay.

Trading Insights

Win rate, profit factor, and expectancy — plus streak tracking, your best and worst days, and which symbols are making or costing you money.

Optional Cloud Sync

Sign in with Google or email to sync across devices — or stay local-only. One-click backup puts your entire journal in a file you own.

Share Cards

Export your session, month or year as an image built for a story slot — your stats on a Milky Way background, or a photo of your own. Nothing is published anywhere: you get a file and decide where it goes.

Workflow

Three steps to clarity

01

Connect or log

Sync from your broker automatically, or enter trades manually — get your data into the journal in seconds.

02

Review on calendar

Daily P&L colors show winning and losing sessions at a glance.

03

Analyze your edge

See which setups pay and which bleed — streaks, expectancy, and your best and worst days.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I have to connect my broker?+

No. Connecting a broker is entirely optional — you can log every trade manually and never connect anything.

How does broker sync work?+

Trend Chasers uses SnapTrade, a broker-data connection provider, to pull your trade history. Your login goes to your broker or SnapTrade's secure portal, never to Trend Chasers' servers. Connections are read-only, and you can disconnect anytime from the app.

Which brokers are supported today?+

20 brokers support one-tap import, including Thinkorswim, Charles Schwab, Robinhood, Webull, Fidelity, E*TRADE, and more — see the full list on the Brokers page. Manual entry works for any broker. Use Request broker support in the footer to ask for another connection.

I use a different broker. Can you add support?+

Use Request broker support in the footer — tell us your broker and we will look at adding a connection or a manual-entry template for your workflow.

Can I use Trend Chasers on my phone?+

Yes. The journal is built mobile-first — log trades, connect a broker, and review your calendar from your phone. Use Add to Home Screen to install it like an app.

Does it work for options, futures, and crypto?+

Yes. Broker sync captures strikes and expirations for options where the brokerage provides them. Manual entry supports stocks, options, futures, forex, and crypto with per-trade tags and notes.

Is my trade data secure?+

Without an account, your journal never leaves your browser. With an account, trades sync encrypted in transit and only your login can read them. If you connect a broker, your credentials are never stored by Trend Chasers — SnapTrade handles the connection.

Is Trend Chasers a free trading journal?+

The journal is: unlimited manual logging, the P&L calendar, dashboard stats, notes, tags, screenshots, coach share links and the year-end export for your accountant, with no trade limit and no credit card. What costs money is the automation — broker sync, the performance screen, the AI assistant, automatic daily imports, coach comments, risk-rule alerts, and the weekly AI review are on paid plans, from $9 a month, because every brokerage connection carries a monthly fee we pay whether you sync once or a hundred times.
